Worked as a cook from 15 in a big french kitchen.
Run in the style of escoffier.
Burnt out. Worked as a cook in St Nicholas lunatic Asylum.
Too frightening and weired cooking practices.
Went to London. Cooked everywhere.
Went to the Royal College of Art, London.
Went to Japan. Opened a tapas bar, and started to learn the noble craft of flamenco dancing.
