Magie-Sorcellerie is an exhibition to be experienced and felt, exploring the fine line between science and the irrational.
This Toulouse part of an exhibition co-produced with Lyon’s Musée des Confluences explores learned magic. In Lyon, act 2 looked at the relationship between man and magic since the dawn of time, as a timeless and universal social fact.
Through a magical bestiary and the Museum’s own scientific perspective, the exhibition navigates between belief and knowledge, around the triptych of magic, science and belief – notions that help humans find answers and make sense of events that sometimes elude them.
